You agree not to use ElimApp for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to:

• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the platform to harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers or networks connected to the platform.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or damage ElimApp’s reputation or interfere with the use of the platform by others.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on ElimApp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ElimApp or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use ElimApp for your personal use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to ElimApp immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ElimApp, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ElimApp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Repulic of Tanzania.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
